Saddle Mountain Ranch is Hiring an Office Admin Assistant Near by, CA

Located in beautiful Carmel Valley, Saddle Mountain Ranch provides a gorgeous environment to work in. We are looking for a Office Admin Assistant that is passionate about customer service and hospitality and has a strong verbal and written communication skill set.

Job Duties

  • Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of their sites.
  • Process all incoming reservations received via phone, email, Hipcamp, and Airbnb.
  • Work effectively to resolve customer concerns and or complaints.
  • Anticipate guest needs and go out of your way to maximize the guest experience.
  • Work collectively with other team members to foster a hospitable, approachable and customer-focused and can-do attitude for our guest
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions, process guest accounts upon checkout in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Other duties may include but are not limited to fulfill a variety of functions throughout our mountainous terrain, from general assistance in the park office, to basic maintenance and housekeeping tasks to hosting social activities.

REQUIREMENTS:
One year of previous customer service experience required, prior front desk experience preferred.

  • Must be flexible to working days, mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Displays good customer relations skills and takes initiative to greet guests in a friendly manner
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
